The stable cottages were derelict and hadn't been used as living accommodation for over 75 years. If they could be renovated to a high standard then they could be rented out and provide income for the estate.

Over a 6-week span, our team installed insulation, kitchen and bathroom, boilers and heating systems. Right down to the carpet fitting!

The EPC rating was secured upon inspection and the estate now had 3 newly renovated properties that they could now begin to realise income from.
